Shipping Policy
At AL-BURHAN INTERNATIONAL, we are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you safely and in a timely manner. Below is the detailed shipping policy to guide you through the process.
1. Shipping Timeframe
We ship all orders through trusted courier services such as Delhivery, FedEx, Xpressbees, Gati, Dotzot, Ecom Express, and others.
Estimated Delivery Time: 6 to 12 working days.
Note: If your order is shipped via postal service, delivery may take longer.
2. Order Confirmation (For New Customers)
For first-time customers, our executive will contact you to confirm your order. During this call:
We will verify your delivery address and pin code to ensure accurate delivery.
If your pin code is not serviceable or we are unable to deliver the product, you will be asked to provide an alternate address with a valid pin code.
3. Receiving Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with:
Do not accept the package.
Take pictures of the damaged packaging and product.
Write a note to the courier agent stating:
“The package is damaged/tampered during transit. I will not accept the order.”Immediately send an email to albinternationalkol@gmail.com with the following details:
Order reference number
Attached pictures of the damaged package and product
Alternatively, you may contact our Customer Care for assistance. We will make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement is dispatched at the earliest.
4. Estimated Delivery Time & Factors Affecting Delivery
The delivery time provided on the product or cart page is an estimate. The actual delivery time may vary based on:
Product availability
Weather conditions
The delivery address
Courier company’s policies
Note: If your address falls under ODA (Out of Delivery Area), you will be required to collect your parcel directly from the courier office. We will provide you with the courier office address and contact number. Our customer care team will also assist you throughout the process.
5. Shipping to Remote Areas
In case of deliveries to remote areas, we work with courier services that may have specific guidelines. If we are unable to deliver to your location, our customer care executive will guide you through the process of providing an alternative address or arranging self-collection from the nearest courier office.
